<p>Emory had no mascot until 1960 when they choose the Eagle. It now is all over the PE Center, and on athletic uniforms and other items. Check out the online bookstore, or better yet visit it in person when we all get in.</p>

<p>And I know that - I think my real question is how great is the merchandise on campus? Online it looks a little slim. Lame question but right now it’s all I’ve got. I’m hitting the sack only have a couple days left!</p>

<p>Honestly, when I think of Emory’s mascot, I instantly think of Dooley.
“Emory Eagles” sounds cool but… Dooley’s way more unique :)</p>
<p>They just built a brand new building which is home to the admissions office, a starbucks and a new bookstore. It has so much merchandise! It took me a long time to decide what clothing to buy (which I have still not worn because i do not want to jinx myself!)</p>

I have seen the statistics and other good schools had over 3000 applicants.
700 definitely is a small number comparing to that.
Is emory comparably a small school? or does this represent less competition?</p>
