Emory has connections to Yonsei University (one of the "HYP" universities of Korea)?

Is it true that Emory has connections to Yonsei University? I found a few Emory-Yonsei groups on this popular Korean blogging site (similar to Facebook) and a blog on Emory’s international program site says that the two institutions share a long history with each other.</p>

<p>Emory has connections to lots of “top institutions” around the world, including UCL and Sorbonne and Tokyo University. Emory does have exchange program with Yonsei University of Korea.</p>
