<p>I have been contacted by both the emory and washington university in st. louis coaches for cross country and track, and I think that I could get in to either due to this fact. ( also SAT 2090, GPA 4.3 uw 4.0, class rank 9/270) However I can not choose between the two, and both are around the same (expensive) price. Any feedback and comparissons, such as personal evaluations, would be helpful! thanks</p>
<p>The running coaches at those two schools have less influence with admissions than a D1 program would have. Make sure you are a top recruit (just being contacted by the coach is no guarantee. Have you met the coach and some of the runners on the team? An overnight visit to both schools could help you decide. From a running standpoint, I would lean towards WashU. If those coaches are interested in you, UChicago would be as well, and I really like their program.</p>
