Any official data for the acceptance rate off the Waitlist in past years?
According to emory’s admission’s blog they did not take any students WL for Oxford and 3% for Emory.
is it true that emory put 7500 students on WL for class of 29?
That’s supposedly what they sent to counselors
yes that’s what we heard - 7500 WL for Emory plus 3500 WL for Oxford. Last year no one taken from WL from Oxford, and about 50 for emory.

It was 109 actually, they just released the CDS.

Thank you! Is the 109 for Emory? My quote of “about 50” was based on an admissions blog.

I see that schools are opening up their waitlist. Does anyone know if emory has released waitlist before may 1 in the past?

Anybody hear anything from Emory waitlist yet?
I got an email at like 9 AM today about verifying emails and stuff, in it, they claimed no decisions had yet been made.

Just called emory admissions and was told that all the students on the waitlist will hear back by the end of this week. Good luck!!!

Emory blog has been updated. 95 Emory waitlist slots and they expect to be done by May 12th.

Just read a few people got off Emory waitlist earlier today. Not sure of that means no one else from the first round before 5/12.
