Does anyone know the date they released ED last year?
Wednesday December 13th. It’s usually the Wednesday before 12/15 so probably will be December 11 this year.

They usually send a letter like 48 hours before letting the students know it is coming I believe. I am hoping it is wednesday too!
Does anyone know if this is an indication of passing a general application pre-screen? I know someone who had music on their application and didn’t get one ED. He was later rejected.

She did it. D25 accepted to both campuses for ED 2. Such a relief to be done. Except now to decide which campus to choose.

A kid I coached got into Oxford and went there for the two years before moving to the main campus. He liked Emory Oxford, how small it was (400 per graduating class?), friends, etc. but I believe it was a big change to get accustomed to the big main campus. I also wonder if Emory kids kind of look down at Oxford kids. I’m sure most do not, but there’s always that sense of “elitism” that can creep into people, regardless of whether you got into both but chose Oxford. Not that this should matter too much, fit is more important.Oxford was smaller than his high school so there was probably an easy transition there where he actually played on their sports team. Regardless, congratulations to your daughter! Great school(s)!
