Because of NU’s co-op program does the campus feel empty?

The campus has never felt empty to me whenever I have visited. Since there are about 16,000 undergrads, at least half of them (if not more) are in classes at any time. If anything it has a feel of a smaller campus than the enrollment numbers would suggest but there is still a vibrant campus feel. In addition, a large number of students do their co-ops in the Boston area and live on/near campus while on co-op.

No, campus is always busy. Plus most co-op students live on campus anyway, so they’re around after work and on weekends.

The only time the campus feels empty is before 11 am on saturday and sunday mornings.
