Enclose Photo to Application/CV ?

Hey guys,

I’m an internbational applicant from Germany applying to HPM and other most selective schools. May I enclose a photograph of myself to the CV I send to them separately? Over here it’s just normal as it gives the decision takers a more personal view of the applicant. On the other hand, I’ve read that this is not normal with apps in the US though there are some Colleges requiring the applicant to send one.

Shall I send it or not? Will the fact that I send on hurt my chances of getting admitted?
