<p>I was wondering wether my low IB english scores(5’s) could be made up for with my SAT critical reading score, i am aiming for the 700’s.</p>
<p>I don’t know exactly what you mean by “make up for”, but at my school, English class placement is based on either one’s AP grade (for some reason, IB is not encouraged) or one’s SAT Writing score. This would imply that the writing SAT is viewed as comparable to AP/IB.</p>
