Engineering and a Visual Arts certificate?

<p>On the website,it says that Engineering majors at Princeton require a total of 36 courses, 7 of which must be in the humanities. The visual arts certificate requires a total of 8 (non-overlapping) courses. Could a Princeton student theoretically do both?</p>
