Engineering: Cal Poly, Michigan, Cornell

Any thoughts on comparing these 3?

Aerospace (with Astro concentration) for Cal Poly.

Would head that way for Michigan (starts as general engineering, I believe).

Would head that way for Cornell, as much as can (Mechanical Engineering with some Aero flavor possible, I believe).

Out of State for all.

Are you full pay for all three? What would be the cost of attendance at all three schools? Without FA, CalPoly is a much better value.
