Engineering courses @ grad level curved?

Thinking of masters at penn, but am wondering

Is grading curved? I head at JHU, it is so only 10-15% of all the highly motivated students get As.

If heading towards further graduate studies, how much does it matter where you get your masters vs how well you do in your courses? Comparing masters degree to that from a state school like PennState, Rutgers, Temple, etc?

bumpity bump

Pretty much everyone on here is a prospective or current undergrad, so I don’t think you’ll be able to get the advice you’re looking for.

I can only speak for question #1, and I can only speak for computer science, but computer science masters classes are certainly not curved that rigorously, if at all.
