<p>There’s no need for sarcasm, honey. There are many types of team-building exercises…it’s obvious that that is the purpose but my question still remains, what is it.</p>

<p>If I remember correctly from last year, its pretty much where all the incoming engineers have to get together and do ice breaker-like exercises with one another and in groups.</p>
<p>It was a colossal waste of time, though I don’t remember details.</p>
