I have no AP Credit to get some prereqs done for my civil engineering major. I don’t know how I am going to complete all these classes into two years. Are UCs forgiving for unfinished prereqs for civil engineering majors? btw I am new to this website. Also for those Foothill students in CA, can you explain the Cornell articulation agreement. Foothill’s link to that site is down

For UC Davis, no. Here’s what’s written on the [Transfer Student Guide](<a href=“http://engineering.ucdavis.edu/undergraduate/transfers/index.html]Transfer ”>http://engineering.ucdavis.edu/undergraduate/transfers/index.html ) on the UCD College of Engineering page:

Admission Requirements and Eligibility

Transfer admission requirements for the current academic year are listed to the right. You may use ASSIST to search for courses at your current college that are equivalent to UC Davis courses in engineering and other disciplines.

You must complete all required courses if they’re offered at your current college. If they are not offered at your college, you must complete them after enrolling at UC Davis.

Transfer Credit Agreements
The College of Engineering maintains a list of specific courses at California community colleges that are equivalent to engineering major requirements.

Transfer Admission Priorities

Highest Priority: California community college applicants who have completed two transferable English composition courses and all the required lower-division engineering coursework offered.

Lower Priority: California community college applicants who are missing one or two required lower-division courses.

Lowest Priority: Transfers from other UC campuses and other four-year institutions.
At least ninety transferable quarter units (or sixty semester units).
Minimum overall GPA of 3.10

Admission denied if applicant is missing three or more required lower-division courses.

Just take 3 years to complete it. Or try to take summer classes and tough schedule’s if you’re down for the challenge. I’m a 3rd year CCC student (I also go to Foothill at the moment) and it’s actually quite normal for people to take 3 years.
