<p>I can’t say for the other two (not enough knowledge), but UCSB is very good.</p>

<p>consider UCSC, there’s the 3-2 program with Berkeley and you graduate with your BA and Masters in 5 years</p>

UCSB > UCD > UCI for Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Chemical, and Materials
UCD > UCI > UCSB for Civil and Environmental</p>
