Which colleges have engineering programs that offer theoretical mathmatics and computer science and puts a strong emphasize on leadership and entrepreneurship?

Hmm, I’ve never heard of an engineering program emphasizing leadership… You might look for a school that emphasizes leadership and also has a strong engineering program. Stanford is strong in both:

[UAL - Leadership Opportunities](http://ual.stanford.edu/OO/leadership_opps/Leadership.html)

Berkeley also has a five-year BS/MS or BA/MA in CS, with an emphasis on what you might call ‘entrepreneurship’ (more of a professional focus):

[How It Differs | 5 Year MS | EECS at UC Berkeley](http://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/FiveYearMS/Differences.htm)

Other than that, I don’t quite know what you’re looking for.

I suggest you look into the Gordon Institute at Tufts University [Home : The Gordon Institute : School of Engineering : Tufts University](http://gordon.tufts.edu/home.htm)

It is primarily a Master’s program in engineering management, but I believe it offers undergrads some opportunities. It was founded by Bernie Gordon (you can look him up), a National Medal of Technology winner and founder of Analogic Corporation. I worked at Analogic for 7+ years and know that Bernie felt strongly about the role of leadership and that many udergrad engineering programs did not provide practical knowledge about design issues that an engineer would face in an actual working environment.

Franklin W Olin school of engineering
Harvey Mudd College

Definitely Carnegie Mellon, which also offers a 5 year MBA joint program with the prestigious Tepper School of Business and every Ugrad Engineering major (like every other CMU major) has to take courses in the other colleges of SCS/Tepper/MCS/HSS/etc. In fact, ECE and IS at CMU are equivalent to Compsci/Engineering for the former and CS/business for the latter.
