Engineering schools suggestions for me?

<p>Ok, I want you guys to suggest me some engineering schools that fit my personality and scores:</p>

<p>My specs:
1.GPA: 3.7 UW 3.9 W, but had health problems in freshman year; sophomore+junior is 3.85 UW 4.14 W
2.Projected SAT score: 2000-2100
3.So-so EC and recommendations.
4.Asian but only have American citizen, Cali resident.</p>

<p>My personalities:
3.I like private schools, or small schools.
4.I want a college town or a pretty large city around.
5.I want a pretty nice weather.</p>

<p>CAN YOU GUYS SUGGEST ME COLLEGES THAT MEET MY SPECS AND PERSONALITIES AND ALSO HAVE THE BEST EDUCATION POSSIBLE? THANKS!</p>

<p>Look at RPI, WPI, RIT (but these are a bit colder), as well as Virgina Tech and Georgia Tech. Cornell might be too cold and too big, UCB is probably too big too. Perhaps CalPoly as a safety? I heard they’re pretty good at engineering.</p>
