<p>You have to petition; takes about 4 weeks for the L&S office to make a decision. I hear the acceptance rate into L&S is about 95%. </p>
<p>Pretty much you’ll only get rejected in scenarios similar to:
You get C’s or lower on math courses while in the CoE and you petition to be a Math or Stats major in L&S.</p>
