If you applied as a US citizen and attended an English speaking HS where all instruction was in English, the Wayne State folks are probably just confused…in which case I would email them those details (or call) and you should be fine.
Then why did you apply? Even for your highly likely/safety school(s) you should have the mindset that you would be happy to attend.
