Should I read from the beginning or should I go straight to #11
I want to make sure I can finish on time, but I also want to make sure I can answer the general questions too.

You definitely want to read the whole section. A lot of the questions aren’t just grammar, but also cohesion. And at the end of most reading it’ll ask an overall question or where to place a sentence or whatever that you will really regret not reading the whole reading! trust me been there, done that!
