ENGRI courses

I plan on majoring in chemical engineering and I am wondering how important it is to take the ENGRI introduction to chemE course. My schedule works out much nicer and I can take a bio class if I take a different ENGRI course than intro to chemE. Should I take the chemE course, or should I take another course? Is there a possible consequence to taking another engri course down the road? What relevance do the engri courses have to the future of my education?

I’ve heard that ENGRI for ChemE is very useful if you plan to do ChemE. It’s allegedly one of the more difficult ENGRIs, but worth it.

I took it. It definitely is one of the harder if not the hardest ENGRI

Be prepared for problem sets that take forever, unhelpful TAs, and confusing tests.

I am glad I took it though, I know now I NEVER want to be a chemical engineer.

If you want to be a chemE you should probably take it, it will be way more relevant than bio to your major.

but you are required to take a bio class in order to graduate chemE. That is the only reason I want to take a bio class.
