<p>The 2000 would put you at about the 35th percentile of admitted students. So unless your grades are stellar, getting in will be a long shot.</p>
<p>Also, unless you are rich, the answer is probably “no college in the united states”. College in the US is insanely expensive, and if you’re an international student you do not qualify for the vast majority of financial aid available.</p>
