Entering AP number over the phone?...

<p>Alright, so this is probably very stupid of me, but I can’t figure out how to enter my AP number over the phone. I have tried saying it aloud and entering it on the keypad, but either one results in the voice saying “the AP number is eight digits. The social security number is 9 digits.” What am I supposed to do??</p>

<p>Hmm, that’s weird. Your AP number should be 8 digits, though. Look at your AP label - Your number should be something like XXXX XXX X. (Notice the placement of the spaces, but don’t actually put that in when you’re calling.)</p>

<p>It’s 8 digits, and yes, enter on the keypad. Try a different phone if it doesn’t work.</p>
