<p>Senior Citizen Christmas Party:
[Our Student Council threw a dinner party for our local Senior Citizen Center during the week of Christmas. Beforehand we put together a skit and rehearsed Christmas carols for the entertainment. We served our guests a beautiful turkey dinner with all the trimmings and then entertained them with our skit and Christmas carols. Before long we had all our guests singing along with us.]</p>
<p>Community Reading:
[Each year our elementary school hosts an annual Community Reading Day. I was selected to pick a book and read to a class of children during the school day.] </p>

[Linked with our Peer Counseling program at the high school, a selected group of high school students are paired with a student from our middle school in request for a mentor. We sit with our little brother or sister once a week to talk about their issues in school or outside of school.
