Are there scholarships for epilepsy, since it technically doesn’t fall under special needs when applying and if there are, how does the process go about? I just assume they don’t hand it to you since you have it. Life isn’t THAT easy
It is possible that there is one somewhere. That would be your job to go find it. You could name 50 medical conditions and I don’t think you could expect people here to just know off top of head of there is a scholarship given. When you look for those sort of very niche scholarship categories it is usually because some individual or foundation supports it. Often they would award one a year to a rising freshman, maybe for $500 or $1,000. For instance there is a $1,000 scholarship for left handers, but it is not given to every left hander, you have to apply and be picked from the pool of left handers who are attending Juanita college. Usually you get a scholarship by applying for it if you meet qualifications. So when you find a scholarship you may qualify for, read the details and they will tell you a) how to apply b) when to apply c) eligibility criteria. They may also tell you how many are available per year, if more than one is available.

It was more of a " is anyone in the same situation" kind of thread but these links are very helpful so thank you @BrownParent
You asked “are there are scholarships for epilepsy”…
You could repost your question in the high school students forum on “is anyone in the same situation” if that’s what you want to know.
@Madison85 Thanks Madison. I just figured why not mention it in the scholarship section since it’s about scholarships really -.-
