Error in Resume, Should it be resubmitted

Even though we read and reread my daughter’s resume after sending it in I noticed that instead of typing “singing has always been important” it says “Sinning has always been important”.
If it wasn’t my daughters college application, I would be laughing. However, I’d like advice on resubmitting it. Should she resubmit and if so, how should she do it?
She’s applying to University of MD, College Park
SAT 1240
GPA 3.85

Thanks
A terrible proofreader of a mom

I don’t mean to make light of this, but LOL. Oh my! (See my post below about correcting an essay mistake.) But in THIS case, I’d make the change! ~berurah

lolll…thats hilarious…i think the admissions ppl will just laugh about it and know what you meant, whether or not you make the change

Your family read it many times and never saw it. The adcom/s will read it once, quickly. My guess is they won’t even notice. They’ll expect to see ‘singing’ and I’m sure that’s what they’ll read. I wouldn’t worry about it.
