<p>I wrote about how I contribute to Gentoo Linux and try to fix bugs for the CommonApp activities essay. I want to conclude the essay with something on why the activity is important to me. I want to put that I enjoy it and say that it prepares me for my future field. However, I want to do Biomedical Engineering and go on medical school and I’m applying to UPenn SEAS. Should I include the part about medical school or just say engineering? If I say both, they could think that I"m sort of backdoor-ing my way into Penn (higher acceptance rate for SEAS), when I’m really interested in both fields and may even stick with BME if I like it enough.</p>
