<p>I’m kind of bummed about this one. I am currently writing like 15 essays right now… And this one is giving me the hardest time. I first proceeded with telling them that their mission statement and my goal line up. Then I tell them why I want to be a professor. But that does not exactly answer the prompt. Anyone have any advice? First of all, the school is a predominately white school. Got a D on a popular college search site in Diversity and I am an Asian from California. Why am I a good fit for a predominately white christian college in Minnesota? It’s St. Olaf BTW.</p>
<p>Do you have a reason for applying there? If so, write about that. If not, don’t bother to apply. </p>

<p>Are you sure your reasons only benefit you? I’m guessing St. Olaf benefits from smart, engaged students who contribute to class discussions, participate in campus life and go on to successful careers that reflect glory on them. You’ve surely got some unique stuff to offer in that regard?</p>
