<p>So here’s the problem:
The common app requires me to briefly write about one of my ECs… On one hand, there isn’t too much to write about. I’m an international student and it’s not usual to get engage with too many activities at once. But there are still a few:</p>
<p>Class Rep (9y), Student Council (4 years), Treasurer (3y) Student Government on State level (1y)
Grad class rep and speech
and some other school related stuff</p>
<p>Model UN</p>
<p>Tutor for double enrollment kids… it’s a program where kids of age 9 to 16 are allowed and supported to study grad math, physics and college economics. Unfortunately I was too old to participate more than one year as a student myself but later on I worked there as a tutor for two years…i endet up disliking the path the program was going down (kids need to be kids in my opinion) and quit.</p>
<p>I still tutor english, math or economics once or twice a week ever since.
Teaching is definitely something i enjoy.</p>
<p>But the thing that pleases me the most is something quite selfish: I go to the gym or for a run, at least every second day. It keeps me focused, healthy and i seriously enjoy doing it.</p>
<p>So yeah…would it be a dumb move to write about working out?</p>
