<p>Here are some essay topics I’m considering:</p>

<p>-Being called an opportunist because I like to mention that I am Kazakh by blood, Asian by ethnicity, and American by nationality
-Being a Kazakh born in Birmingham, Alabama
-The way I feel about my grandfather who stood by and took care of my grandmother after was expelled from her village in Kazakhstan after contracting Tuberculosis in the 1950’s.</p>

<p>Can anyone critique me on these choices? Are the acceptable?</p>

<p>IMO, all of these are good topics. It really comes down to if you can personalize the essay and make them interesting.</p>
