Essay Typos Consequences

So I submitted my application to Cornell and i realized after the fact that my first sentence of my essay had a noticable grammatical error. The message still gets across well but I failed to acknowledge parallel structure and missed a comma. this was my only real error in the essay. Are colleges really anal about this type of stuff? Like is it enough to make or break an applicant?
