I checked my Stanford application after it has been submitted only to realize that the last word of my “elaborate in one of your ECs” essay was cut off. Other than that, my other essays are really good. Do you think that would hinder my application?

I do think so, you see that ALOT of people are applying to a great university like standford. Ivy league School like that tend to choose the best and the application itself says that
“the student is responsible to make sure blabla everything fits.”
I may be wrong, but its just a minimum flaw, and if your essays are good then that can give u the compensation for that little flaw, plus is just the EC unlike the main essays. That are the ones that elaborate on ur personality.

No, do not worry. One word not fitting/getting cut off does not equal automatic rejection. With Stanford, you had a ton of supplemental essays to complete, so the EC essay has relatively little weight. Besides, one word is absolutely negligible.
