<p>I know this probably has been discussed before, but I want to know if anybody you know who is Out-Of-State has ever done this?</p>
<p>I know its possible, but the requirements are VERY hard to fulfill. Such as, valid driver’s license, financial independence, permanent address, staying for more than 365 days, etc. But I want to know if any out of state’ers that have actually changed their residency to california, and any tips on making this happen.</p>
