<p>What little information I can offer is that Pitt is more committed to meeting the full need of in-state students, so you will likely end up with at least a partial loans package. You will likely get more grant-based aid if your SAT bumps up, but there are many factors that conspire to create a financial aid package. I don’t think anyone on CC can accurately predict your FA package from either UNC or Pitt, but I personally imagine that Pitt’s will end up being better than that of UNC (just a hunch).</p>
<p>But if I were in your shoes I would just wait to see what happens. By April you will have the knowledge you need to make your decision, and hopefully that decision will be Pitt if that is where your heart is!</p>
