So with just a little over three days left till the test … what are you guys doing?

Obviously, it’s pointless to try to improve your score any further now. No more practice tests, no more sleeping at 4 in the morning, no more Dickens or Wordsworth or whatever, and no more vocabulary. Yay.

We’ve been doing this for over a month, it’s difficult to let go … kind of like it was when the final Harry Potter came out, like when the last Star Wars hit theaters. So what do we do now?

i’m booking my flight to Hong Kong and looking for hotels…
live in Beijing, so no SAT here…and i’ll be leaving a day before, on Friday…
which happens to be the 2nd of Eid :S

For the non-muslims out there, imagine taking the SAT on boxing day

well lol, im practicing like i normally do,just so i wont lose the keenness-the state of pwning the SAT. however, i am gonna relax a lil on friday night =P i’ve been getting like 10 hrs of sleep, very good. no test anxiety whatsoever, =D

Yeah, I’ve been sleeping 10 hours myself - but that’s a little less for me; I usually sleep for 11-12. I guess I’m a little anxious … subconsciously.

I thought I’d learn some new words, but then I realized I already knew all[95%] the words in Barron’s Hot Words, High Frequency, Upper Level Vocabulary from SAT 2400, and even all the Kaplan’s flashcards.

i tried reviewing some vocabs last week, i got bored lol. so i kinda stopped~~SAT in 60 hrs!

thats ********

my score has increase quite nicely the past couple of days

i got 2280 and 2320 on Blue Book’s practice tests 3 and 4 yesterday and Sunday.

Well, on BB, my score has range from 2300 to 2350. On the October 2005 QAS, however, I managed a 2360.

Instead of encouraging me, this has actually saddened me. Now I know I am so close to a 2400, yet I know I’ll get a few errors and come crashing down to the 2300s. :(

BigWeight and uttaresh, are those scores the averages of your ranges? Or are they the lowest/highest? I’m never sure how I should interpret these ranges. >.<

nah these are QAS from real tests. they give the exact score.

The QAS is exact. For the BB, I use the middle (average) value of the score ranges. ;)

"Instead of encouraging me, this has actually saddened me. Now I know I am so close to a 2400, yet I know I’ll get a few errors and come crashing down to the 2300s. "

Oh, gee, poor baby! You’ll come to the lowly realm of the pedestrian 2300. I am sorry that you’re so inept at the exam.

God, if you think like this, then that’s fine for you, but it does make the majority of the test taking population feel bad. Not a good way to make friends.

…oh, and I’m personally offended because I have a “lowly mid-2300” score.

Do you know how hard I had to work to memorize words like “succulent” and “inundate”, and the difference between “profundity” and “profusion”?

So guess what, I am sorry that I can still not manage a 2400.

This forum is not about just making friends. It’s about preparation for college and the SAT, so I don’t care what you think. Now shut the F*** up.

You must remember we are all competing for the very best colleges :]
