<p>If you are asian, do you all put down your ethnicity and country of origin? I don’t think we can hide it because of our names.</p>

<p>I do. Vietnam makes me more of a URM than say… Korea or China.</p>
<p>I put mine on, although they probably wouldn’t be able to tell with my last name. Vietnamese still isn’t a URM… Hmong and the like are more rare.</p>
<p>I know, but it’s still has more URM weight than Chinese and Korean.</p>
