<p>Northwestern notified today that my teacher evaluation is missing. But my teacher evaluation was sent together with transcript, school report. How could the evaluation is missing while the other materials are received? Two teacher evaluations were sent. The email said my teacher evaluation is missing. Does it mean they receive neither of them?</p>

<p>I have a similar problem… I got an unreadable email that was full of HTML code and some plain text. From the plain text, it seems that they’re missing my secondary school report. My counselor sent them all in, and I even remember bringing in an addressed/stamped envelope especially so that she could send them in by snail mail. I double-checked Naviance, and surely enough, they had been sent, though I realized I put Northwestern College in Chicago, and not Northwestern University in Evanston. A silly but understandable mistake! But if it was sent via snail mail (and I know I put the correct address on the envelope), then there shouldn’t be an issue, should there? I’ve emailed my counselor and updated Naviance, but this whole thing is quite annoying!</p>
