<p>Despite the guy who runs the place being a sex trafficker (I’m assuming he’s not there anymore at this point because he’d be in his 70’s now), is the current management as crappy as everyone says it is? I found a wonderful place but the only problem is that it’s owned by Everest and I don’t want to be dealing with rent increases, bad admin, and the like… anyone had actual experiences with these people?</p>
