I got an 89. I was so excited that I was jumping for joy. I gave my boss two high fives when I got back and she looked at me like I was crazy. I then immediately posted for another job at work. She was like, the ink isnt even dry yet on your exam reports and you’re already trying to leave me.

Now I just have to hope I get an interview and the job. Somebody told me today that they are only interviewing up until Friday, so I hope I got my posting in on time.

Great job fendergirl!!

:)

Way to go!

way to go, fendergirl! You are on your way to bigger and better things!

I have my interview tomorrow at 4:15. My boss is going to pre-interview me in the morning so I know what types of questions they will be asking at the interview. I’m so excited and I hope I get the job!

Good luck! We would love to hear how it goes.

Well I had my interview. I hope it went okay… I was so so so nervous. I’m so awful at being put on the spot like that… I was really glad that my boss went over stuff with me ahead of time, and I figured out what answers I was going to give, then I screwed up and gave the one answer as part of the answer to another question (It kind of fit in both). Then I had no clue what to say when I got to the other one! Luckily I was a quick thinker on it and came up with something which may have been better than my original.

She let me shadow somebody for the first twenty minutes of my interview so I could get a glimpse of what they do, and then we talked. Also, when I was with the lady she (the interviewer) told the lady not to scare me away and for her to give me lots of reasons to want to come work there… so hopefully that’s a positive comment. All of the questions were behavioral (give me an example of a time when you… type things) and she said I had very good examples and a lot of experience to bring with me, so hopefully that translates to me getting it. I hope that’s not something they say to everybody.

She said it would probably be a few weeks until I (we, there are multiple positions open) are notified… however the way she said it was “You should get your offer within a few weeks”… So I don’t know if I should take that to mean she’s hiring me, or just a generalized we should hear something in a few weeks. Whichever it is, I am keeping my figners crossed!

Glad to hear that it went pretty well! Good luck!
