<p>Hello dear friends at College Confidential, I wanted to know if any of you have examples of <em>successful</em> letters of appeal to Berkeley. I know how rare they must be, but if anyone knows anyone who has one, or at least a really good sounding one, I would be forever thankful.</p>
<p>Successful letters are successful because they speak to an underlying compelling reason – not because they were formatted well. If you have a good case, then it might be successful. If you don’t, it doesn’t matter how it’s written.</p>
