<p>Just wondering how the exams and juries work. Is there any flexibility on the schedule? I just got word that my son will be graduating from Army Training the 15th & 16th in Georgia and I wanted to take my D. I know there probably isn’t anything I can do but I thought I would ask if anyone had any suggestions.</p>
<p>Final exams in non-performance classes could probably be worked out. In Ballet, there is a group dance project that serves as the final, so that probably can’t be rescheduled. There is also a vocal jury that is scheduled for everyone in your D’s Voice for MT class at the same time on the same day so that also probably can’t be rescheduled.I don’t recall whether there is an acting eval 1st semester freshman year (I think there is), but the evals involve more than 1 professor so, again, I think it would be tough to reschedule. Your best bet at this point is to have your D talk to her professors to find out if the precise dates are known yet and then see where the actual conflicts exist.</p>
<p>I don’t think it will work out but I did tell her to ask around to see if there is anything that could be done. I would really like her to be there since I’m not really sure when we will see him again.</p>
<p>Given the special circumstances, it certainly is worth trying to get an accomodation. If not from the teachers individually, then perhaps by talking to Charlie.</p>
