That’s cool. I sent this to my son’s FIL, who bikes and surfs and skis and does all the things. Long bike rides are a piece of cake for him.
However cycling, not so good for the prostate.
I will just walk 20,000 steps a day or around and play pickle ball… Not a huge biker.

My husband has a recumbent so he avoids that issue.
Yes, the recumbent bike has advantages to the typical road bike, especially for older riders. However, they have little to no effect on exercising your core and upper body muscles.
But if one gets those other muscle groups exercised doing other things, then that’s great!
