<p>What does this mean!??!! By “explain your neighborhood”, do they mean neighborhood as in just your house and block? Or your school? City? Are there any parameters on interpreting neighborhood?</p>
<p>They mean your neighborhood … the area surrounding your home, inhabited by the people you consider neighbors. Probably not your whole city (too broad), and not your school (a little off topic). There’s some room for interpretation there, as with every essay topic, but you know, it’s your neighborhood. What’s it like, and why? Pretty straightforward.</p>
