The only viable option I can think of is if you have relatives or famiky members who are either green card holder or citizens.
The only place I hear that is doing something is called SelfScore - but it looks more like a credit card than a loan.
Loans for international students can be complicated because if things ever take a bad turn, your immigration status might be jeopardized. A good safety rule is, if you can’t pay for it out of pocket or with scholarships, grants and awards, look elsewhere.
