I recently got expelled from my Catholic high school for sexual actions (oral, not intercourse) on campus and I don’t know how this will effect my college admissions or what would be best to get my high school diploma. Help?
As far as your high school diploma: have your parents contact you local public school. It’s still early enough in the school year that you can absolutely get in and finish your high school education there.
Beyond that, I have no idea.

Clearly you’ll be finishing you education elsewhere. You’ll still have to submit the Catholic school’s transcript to colleges and it may or may not include your indiscretion. Try to make better decisions at your next high school (keep your sexual activity strictly OFF campus, 100% consensual, and always in private), and you’ll still get into college.
