Dear XXX,

Once again, thank you for your interest in Duke University and for
submitting the first part of your Duke application online. We notice that
your online file shows that we have not yet received the second part of
your Duke application online.

You may have chosen to not complete the Duke online application and to
apply to Duke using the Common Application or a paper application. If
that is the situation, please disregard this message.

If you still need time to complete your application we have extended
the deadline to Friday, January 14, 2005.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at
919-684-3214 or via e-mail at undergrad-admissions@duke.edu. We very much
