Extenuating circumstances... Admission rescission?!

Hey guys!
So I got accepted to UCLA for the fall quarter as an international. My admission contract states that I have to maintain a B average and inform them if I get more than one C.
In my 11th grade, I had a ‘first-class’ pass with 67% aggregate. (A grades in 4 subjects and B grades in 2 subjects.)
In my 12th, I maintained a good performance throughout the year. However, our final grades are based solely upon an external examination conducted by the local state board. (a 3 hour exam decides our entire yearly percentage).
During this exam period, I developed a bad case of malaria for which I got treated too (I have a physician’s note).
I fear that I might be looking at a 12%-18% drop in percentage (A grades in 3 subjects and B in 3 subjects.)
Would this merit a change in my admission status? (I have fulfilled the “grade” provisions on my contract, but I will face a drop in percentage)
I had a 2180 SAT and 32 ACT - Pre-economics major
Thank you for your time and responses!

that doctors note should more than explain it…honestly i’d be more worried about the malaria dude
hope youre well

As long as your cumulative GPA is above 3.0, don’t sweat it. Feel better!

@Soviet Thank you!
@uclastudennnnt - we don’t get GPAs. We get percentages and equivalent grades. So how are intl. scores analyzed? Are our percentages analyzed or only our grades? (by WES iGPA conversion, my senior GPA comes out to be 3.50 though)

Oh, it shouldn’t matter. Keep an 80%+ average and you’ll be fine.

Oh alright! Thanks!
