Extra financial aid step?

On Emory’s portal, it shows that I have this to do.

I have already submited my css profile and idoc which on their portal shows they received. Does anyone know how I am suppose to upload these documents, as according to Applying for Financial Aid | Emory University | Atlanta GA, you only need to upload css profile, idoc, and fafsa.

Contact the financial aid office at Emory as to how to submit the information. Your financial aid application is incomplete.
