<p>If I’m more of an academic person, would it be better to send in a rec from a research professor( I did attain some results, but nothing major) or from the director of a nonprofit organization-I founded a small program under the organization (perhaps to show a different side of me?). The program is kind of unique and I created the program on my own with little outside help.</p>
