Extracurricular activity

I had never participated in anything in high school for 2 years in a row (fresh-soph) and was more of a reserved guy. Now, junior year I decided to tutor kids at my old elementary school once a week for about an hour, and yes, I am very passionate on helping the little ones with homework and planning daily activities for them, but I just got started with this program (about 10 hours of comm. service…about 25+hours when school year ends). If I were to include only this E.C activity onto my college application, how strong would I be as a competitor against other students who are applying to the same colleges as me. (Lets pretend it’s not one of those Ivy League colleges… of course I’m not gonna be accepted into any of them…)

Stats:
-4.2-4.5 GPA (estimation of overall aca. GPA)
-Exceeded the amount of classes colleges recommended for
-1300+ on the NEW SAT
-Raised in a poor family and neighborhood
-Little to no E.C activities offered near me
