Extracurricular from 4th grade?

So I am applying to some T20 schools and am trying to find ways to stand out in the application process. My current extracurriculars listed are okay, but not spectacular because I am quite introverted.

However, in 4th grade, I wrote a speech and led a anti-bullying campaign at my school. News channels came to my school and recorded me saying my speech and interviewed me as well. I did not list that or talk about it in any essays because it was elementary school. Should I have listed it as an extracurricular or honor? Should I talk about it in some college essays?

No, that was the extent of it. I was a bit more ambitious when I was younger, but grew more introverted.
